These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to estimate requests made with LP Contracting ("LP Contracting," "we," "us"). By using this website or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms. Your actual project will be governed by the written quote or contract you sign with us.

About our services

LP Contracting provides residential remodeling and construction services, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, decks and home additions, in the north Indianapolis area of Indiana. Service descriptions on this website are general information. The specific scope, materials, price and schedule for your project are set out only in your written quote or contract.

Estimates and quotes

• Requesting an estimate is free and does not obligate you to hire us.
• Any verbal or ballpark figures, including those discussed by phone or during a site visit, are for planning only and are not binding.
• No agreement exists until you approve a written quote or sign a written contract. Only the written quote or contract sets the final scope, price and terms.
• Quotes are based on conditions we can see at the time. Hidden conditions discovered once work begins (for example, water damage, rot, or wiring or plumbing that isn't to code) may require a written change order before additional work is done.
• Quotes may expire after the period stated on the quote because material and labor costs change.

Changes to the work

Changes to the agreed scope, materials or schedule must be agreed in writing (including electronic approval) and may change the price and timeline.

Payments

Payment terms, including any deposit and progress payments, are stated in your quote or contract. We accept online payments through Jobber and its payment processing partners, and may accept other payment methods as stated on your invoice. By paying online you also agree to the terms of the payment provider. Late or missed payments may delay scheduled work.

Scheduling

We'll give you our best estimate of start dates and timelines, but schedules can be affected by weather, permits and inspections, material availability and other factors outside our control. We'll keep you informed if anything changes.

Permits

Your written quote or contract will state who is responsible for obtaining any required permits. Homeowners are responsible for any HOA approvals unless the contract says otherwise.

Warranty

Any warranty on our workmanship is only as stated in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties on products and materials are provided by those manufacturers.

Website use

The content on this website is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or current. You may not copy or reuse our content or logo for commercial purposes without permission. Links to third-party sites, such as Jobber, are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or policies.

Limitation of liability
